Yes, you can have anything your heart desires through applying the universal law of attraction. However, the key is to really be in touch with your Higher Self in order for your true heart’s desire to manifest for you on a conscious level. If a desire comes to you which is primarily revealed only through your personal ego &ndash your lower self &ndash without actual guidance from your Higher Self, then this desire has a lesser chance of manifesting.

How then do you tap into that part of you which is in touch with your Higher Self ? The key is through meditation. Apply the following techniques in order to manifest your heart’s desire:

First, calm your body and your mind by sitting in a quiet place, close your eyes, and turn your attention inward and focus on your third eye between your eyebrows. Take 3 deep breaths-in through the nose and out through the mouth. As you exhale, repeat the sound of “aah.” Next, breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose and focus on your breath. Do this 3 times. Now that your body and mind are relaxed, you can begin to visualize your desire as it is revealed to you.

Once you have experienced what you feel is a true desire, then you can begin to visualize this desire in great detail already fulfilled in your mind’s eye. Create a mental movie of this desire in as much detail as possible. Use all your senses to see, hear, touch, taste, and above all, feel, the end result in your mind’s eye.

What is the law of attraction? You may have seen “The Secret” or “What The Bleep Do We Know?” and have gotten an idea of what the law of attraction is all about. You may have even created a vision board, done affirmations, and focused on the things that you want.

If you’re like most people, you may have wanted to harness the law of attraction to boost your financial level, increase health and energy, or experience better personal relationships in your life. When “The Secret” first came out, a lot of people follow the guidelines it spoke of. For a while, they were real champions at it, but then they just quit. They got discouraged.

Why? Because the law of attraction is more than just focusing on what it is you want and then expecting results in a few weeks or a few months. The law of attraction works with all of your levels, past your conscious thoughts and feelings. In fact, the law of attraction goes more by your inner feelings than what you consciously are thinking.

In the rush to use the law of attraction for their own purposes, many people have missed the overall picture of harnessing the law of attraction. It’s about becoming whole within yourself.

Let me explain more about this. You see, most people are thinking they want this or that on a conscious level, while deep down inside, on the unconscious level, they may want something totally different. So they are focusing on what they consciously want, and never letting themselves know what’s deep down inside. In order for you to get to the deep inside, you’ve got to become still and clear your head. This requires practice, as you may not be used to becoming completely still in mind and body. But regular practice will make things easier for you.

When you’ve working with all of your inner and outer levels of yourself, then you’re able to harness the law of attraction to bring you all of the good things you know you deserve. It goes beyond just mere thoughts, but feelings. How does it feel to have perfect health? How does it feel to have more than enough material abundance? Are you able to feel this right now? It may be hard for you, because your logical mind is telling you that your current situation does not reflect this idea. Remember, life is full of changes, so you cannot base yourself on the externals.

As you begin to play with the feeling of already having whatever it is that you want, you will find that it gets easier and easier to already feel abundance, health and love. And as that increases within you, so your outer world will start to reflect that as well. This is the essence of the law of attraction. Some things may come easier to you than others. Enjoy the process, and enjoy the feeling. How you feel is everything when it comes to the law of attraction.



Ok…so you have seen The Secret. Now, it’s time to get rockin’ with the Law of Attraction.

So many times people get all jazzed up when they learn about the Law of Attraction - but implementing it gets tricky and that “jazz” fizzles out.

So let’s talk about the Law, and then I will give you the “how” on implementing it. Are you game?!

What do you think of when you hear the word “attract”? How would it feel to be able to ATTRACT what ever you would like INTO your life? It’s possible. You can come to depend on the Universal Law of Attraction, just has you have come to depend on the Physical Law of Gravity.

You may have heard the Law of Attraction referred to in different ways throughout your life, but it has no doubt shown up. Here’s a few ways we have talked about it…

Catherine Ponder, author of the Dynamic Law of Prosperity defines the Law of Attraction like this: “What you radiate outward in your thoughts, feelings, mental pictures, and words you attract into your life.”

Abraham-Hicks, defines the Law of Attraction like this: “That which is like unto itself is drawn.” Yes, like attracts like. What does this mean for you? It means that when you are focused upon what you WANT to create in your life you will attract that….and when you are focused upon what you DON’T WANT to create in your life, you will attract that too. It means that you are indeed a magnet, and it means that you are a magnifying glass. What you focus on gets bigger…and comes to you quickly.

You may have had the experience in your life where you have wanted something very badly, and out of that passion, out of that pure desire, you were able to create it. There was no stopping you. You believed that it was to be, and you did not doubt that it was to come into your life. You said YES! to having that “something” come into your life.

You may also have had the experience in your life where you have wanted something very much, and have not been able to create it. Think about money for a moment… You want very badly to create the flow of money into your life, but you don’t. You say, I want more money…but I hate paying bills, I hate that others have it and I don’t, money is evil, or you just focus on the fact that you indeed can’t create it. You take action, you ask, you pray and it still does not show up. You focus on the fact that it’s not here, you focus on the lack of money in your life. What do you think you will create?

So, if like attracts like….and you focus on the negative aspects of anything, or focus on what you do not have - you will create more of what you do not have. If you focus on what is, you will create more of what is. If you focus (and sometimes we do very strongly) on what you DON’T want in your life, for example, I don’t want cancer…I don’t want poverty…I don’t want this or that or this or that….you are saying NO to it, and that as well will bring it into our lives. What we give our attention to comes into our life…it is the Law of Attraction. Whether you are saying yes or no to something does not matter - it is the focus that carries the vibration and causes us to attract unto us. Be careful what you say no to.

The key would be to focus on FEELING GOOD and focus on what you DO want! The key is to consciously be aware of your abundance mentality, and know that you attract what you radiate and vibrate into the world. Nothing is more important that feelings good! How you are feeling and where your attention is, is your point of attraction. Period.

You must remember that the universe is abundant - completely. There is no lack, only our perception of it. You must remember that there is always enough, and what you ask for is given to you. You must remember that you were meant to prosper… be wealthy on all levels of life. There is nothing that you can conceive of that you can not be, do, or have.

Most of the time we walk around creating by default…now it’s time to create using the Law of Attraction. You can be or do or have anything that you desire in this life. You must acknowledge yourself as the powerful creator that you are and choose thoughts and feelings that make you feel good, and that are in alignment with what you really want in your life.

Self improvement in and of itself is a fairly easy to understand concept. You have one or more areas of your life that you are not happy with, so you decide to take steps to improve those areas.

For some people it is as simple as something like just taking more time for themselves each day, but for most people it is something more extreme such as long-term weight loss, financial freedom, relationship success, etc.

However, as simple as it is to say that you want to improve some area of your life, when it comes to actually implementing the necessary changes, things tend to get more complicated, especially with regard to something like financial or relationship success.

A goal such as losing weight is easy &ndash at least on paper. Eat right and exercise. How do you “fix” financial burdens, though? How do you bring your “dream mate” into your life?

The answer to the riddle about the self improvement task that is so simple that it’s nearly impossible is &ndash whatever task it is that you want the most!

If you have a burning desire for something in your life, whether it be money, health, fulfilling relationships, or anything else, that burning desire is there because you don’t already have that thing.

Did you ever stop to ask yourself why it is that the things that you want most in the world are the things that you have the most trouble actually getting your hands on?

Whether it be via the actions that you take &ndash or the actions that you don’t take &ndash there is a serious disconnect between your desires and what you actually have in your life.

The good news, which is also the simple part of this equation, is that YOU are the disconnect. You are your own worst enemy when it comes to manifesting the things that you want into your life.

It may not seem that way from your point of view, because you are probably working very hard towards getting the things that you want. You may have a job that you are excelling at in order to “move up,” you might put everything that you have into your relationships, and you may save every dime that you can in order to get ahead financially.

However, when it comes down to it, although taking action is a critical component to success, it is your mental state of mind, not just your actions, that sets the stage for your success.

There are any number of belief systems that can affect whether or not you attain your goals. Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction, positive thinking, a high work ethic, strong morals, or even if you just have a high level of self-confidence, your success always &ndash and only &ndash depends on you.

Thus, you yourself become the very solution to attaining the “impossible” success that has been escaping you up to this point in your life.

Your own attitude and belief system is what powers your success &ndash or lack thereof. The trick to the whole process, however, is that most people think they are on the right track mentally, when in all actuality they are headed in the wrong direction because of their focus.

People who have consistently wanted &ndash yet failed to attain &ndash their health and weight loss goals continue to get the same results because they are focusing on something negative &ndash bad health or excess weight.

What you focus on grows, so if you think about the fact that you are overweight or have poor health, then you will continue to be overweight and have poor health. To make matters worse, since a lot of that process is done “behind the scenes” in your subconscious mind, you probably don’t even realize that you continue to reinforce the very self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you from success.

That same concept applies to financial gains, relationship success, career growth, and any other area of your life that you feel needs improvement. By continuing to focus on what you don’t want, all you are doing is continuing to attract the things that you don’t want into your life.

The solution to this issue is very simple, however. All you need to do is focus on the opposite of what you don’t want. Whenever you think about the things that you want, just think about having them, instead of NOT having them.

Don’t think about losing weight, but rather think about how great you already look since you are at your goal weight. Always think in the NOW, as if it has already happened.

Don’t think about how broke you are, but rather think about all of the things that you are spending money on. Go window shopping in your mind, and out in the real world, but again, in the NOW.

Don’t think about how lonely or upset you are because of your relationship status. Think about how happy and content you are with your family and your dream mate. And it is all happening NOW.

It’s crucial to remember to focus on the things that you want as if you already have them. If you think about your success as being in the future, then it will always stay in the future!

Simplify the impossible. Start thinking and acting like you have already succeeded, and before long, it won’t be an act anymore.



Imagine for a moment that it’s Monday. The alarm clock rings at six. It’s like a thunderclap cutting through the haze of yesterday’s white whine and three hours worth of Friend’s rerun.

So you get up… and accidentally bang your knee on the bedpost. Dark murderous thoughts fire across your neurons as you amble to the bathroom where you stub your toe.

Bam. Suddenly everything and everyone is public enemy number one.

You snarl at the wife handing you eggs.

You froth at Junior offering you coffee.

And you kick the fat hairy walking sofa licking your hand.

The rest of the day obviously spiralled for the worst- in fact you almost get fired for biting off the boss’ head.

That’s the Law of Attraction working against you. What you think and feel attracts the same. The Law of Attraction is simply the manifestation of your mind in the real world.

Let’s do a little experiment.

Hold out your arms and ask a friend to push it down as you think of something great- like when you snagged a promotion or enjoyed a night of steamy sex. He’d have difficulty pushing.

Now repeat the same while thinking about debts, bills, war or your in-laws.

He should push it down very easily. What gives?

Your mind transforms your body. Simple as that. What you think and feel empowers or weakens you.

Do you want to go around the world lugging a bunch of energy-sapping emotions? Or do you want to dominate your environment?

Here are five amazing tips I’ve implemented to explode the power of attraction in my life:

1) Always ask yourself “What Great Things Can I accomplish today” upon getting up. This sets the tone of your day and primes you attract positive opportunities.

2) Always be grateful for the things you took for granted. Like simply that you’re breathing. Say “Thank you, Im still breathing! Im luckier than that bloke under the tombstone.” Gratitude naturally and easily conditions you for affuence and attracts more empowered men and women into your life.

3) Something bad happen? Shrug it off and flick it from your jacket like lint. This action rapidly kicks any negative thoughts that may attract bad things into your day.

4) Hang out only with positive people. Like attracts like. Remember that.

5) And finally… treat people the way the expect to be treated. They will reciprocate and hold you in high regard. Build your social network on the right foot and expect to fly to the top of your aspirations. Attract the right people, support them and they will attract for you the right conditions for success!
