"I was about to give up on my thesis until my friend told me about your service and his good experience. It was really timely advice with me in a real bind. I made some slight changes and my thesis was accepted! I am really happy I did not have to rewrite several times like most of my friends had to"

Time Management is getting more and more popular day by day. People want to be more successful, proactive and wealthy. It is not new to everyone that there are common time wasters in our lives. Watching TV all evening long, spending too much time on the Internet, having a very long conversation over the phone, and, my favorite one, doing trifles instead of going bed and loosing your precious sleep – these are common time wasters that you already know of. If you eliminate all these things, you will start to practice Time Management. But for me, it is rather

Shyness And Self-Esteem

While not all shy people have low self-esteem, shyness is usually seen as a symptom of fear or lack of self-confidence. When you’re shy, it usually means that you’re self-conscious and maybe even worried about what other people think about you. Occasional shyness is normal, but when it becomes a habit, it can be detrimental to your progress in life, work, and love.

Because of the connection between shyness and self-esteem, building your self-esteem step by step can help you overcome your shyness. There are several things you can do to boost your self-esteem, whether you’re suffering from depression or you’re just having a bad day.

Make an inventory of things that you like about yourself. Do this as often as necessary. You can write anything - from simple things such as your ability to whistle, or more complex things such as your strength of character. It doesn’t mean that you should ignore your weaknesses and pretend that they don’t exist, you just have to accept yourself for who you are. Don’t include things such as financial success, the admiration of your peers, or the way you look. After all, self-esteem is about how you view yourself - these external factors don’t matter. When you gauge your strengths, you’ll be able to see how unique and valuable you are.

Find something that you’re good at, and work on it. If you have the talent for cooking, why not work on some new and original dishes? Activities involving art, such as painting and writing, can definitely give your mind a feeling of freedom and accomplishment. Even bird watching can improve your mood greatly. Whatever your talents are, make sure that you get to “practice” them once a week, so that your mind will be given a chance to refresh itself after a stressful week of work.

Only recall good, happy, and exciting memories. Whenever you’re sitting down to think, make sure that you actively call out happy memories. This is because when you start thinking negatively, an entire swarm of negative feelings and memories will come right at you. Don’t waste your time with negativity. Think only of the good things you experienced, the great people you encountered, and even funny jokes you heard.

Volunteer your time to the community or work with outreach programs. Being in a team that helps others allows you to think beyond yourself. Keep yourself busy by interacting with other people and learning from them. You’ll find that most people are very much like you - they all want to be surrounded by their loved ones, they have their own fears, and they also deal with feelings of inadequacy. When you realize that other people are just like you, you’ll see that there’s nothing to fear in social situations.

By conquering any feelings of low self-esteem, you will realize that you are deserving of love, admiration, and respect. When you realize this, you will also be able to conquer your shyness during social situations.

For smokers who have been in that bad habit for so long, say a couple of years or so may have a hard time breaking the habit. Nicotine is a very powerful drug and anyone who gets addictive to it develops a certain kind of dependence to it. The decision to quit is the first step to have a life free from the awful spell cast on by nicotine. Follow these few tips to get you started:

Do you know that when you smoke, more than half of what you take in is fresh air? Taking deep breaths help. More oxygen is being aided in to your bloodstream and will help you let go of your old cravings because it makes you feel good almost instantly. So whenever you get the urge of smoking, vanquish them by taking in deeper breaths.

Think of all the good reasons why you should quit. You will be able to have a healthier way of living. You will be able to lower your chances of getting sick with emphysema, pulmonary diseases, stroke or worse, cancer! You will then be able to live longer and enjoy what matters more to life.

Also, try to think about the bad things you dislike about smoking. It could be that you experience shortness of breath. Or that you feel lousy or dirty with the way your clothes or even your breath smell. Or the concerned looks you get from the people who care about you and your health and so on. Write it down on a piece of paper. Feel free to look at it whenever you can to aid you in overcoming that itch to light that cigarette whenever it arises.

You could provide a healthier environment to your loved ones. Research shows that people who take in second degree smoke have a high risk of developing the same ailments a smoker can get. Also, if you’re an expecting mother, quitting could increase the possibility of having a healthy baby.

Set a quit date and clear out everything that could be associated with smoking (e.g. lighters, ashtrays, etc.). Don’t allow other people to smoke in your home or in your office.

Try to distract yourself with new things. Indulge yourself with outdoor activities with your loved ones. Plan something fun and productive each day.

Get social support. Remember the saying “No man is an island?” You can get a better chance of quitting if you solicit help. Talk to your peers and family about your plans to quit. Get professional help from doctors or health care providers in your area. Enroll yourself in individual, telephone or group counseling.

Motivate and reinforce yourself. Whenever you reach a certain mark, say, after a week or a month without a single puff, reward yourself. Recognize your efforts of trying to do something extraordinary.

If ever you failed in some way like when you were tempted to smoke and you did, don’t feel discouraged and go right back on track. Only this time remind yourself of how bad or guilty you felt when you violated your own rules. Try even harder.

Indeed, quitting is not an easy job. It could be conceptualized but may be very difficult to do with just a flick of a finger. But just like any concept, it can be done!

You’ve heard about Saturn Return. What is it exactly? It’s a time to prepare for, that’s for sure. Saturn returns every 29.5 years, so this will happen to you between the ages of 28 and 30, again at 58-60, and again at 88-90.

It’s not often we get to see a third Saturn Return, but Picasso lived to have one. It is at this time that he invented neo-expressionism.

Got an idea now of what can happen?

Lt. Col. Thomas E. Lawrence, a British soldier, was sent to investigate the Arab nationalist movement at his first Saturn Return. You probably know him best as Lawrence of Arabia.

Saturn teaches us the big lessons &ndash what we can live with and what we cannot live with, what works for us and what doesn’t, in a sense what we are meant to do with and in our lives.

Many people make big changes at their Saturn Returns, so big their names and titles change. At their Saturn Returns, Eleanor of Aquitaine, the Queen of France became the Queen of England. Karol Wojtyla became Pope John Paul II. Lafitt Pincay stopped being a Panamanian jocket and became a U.S. jockey. Winston Churchill became a liberal. Phillipe Jaroussky stopped being a violinist and became a counter-tenor. At his first Saturn Return, Luciano Pavarotti became an international opera star. At his second, he stopped being Adua’s husband.

It’s about living out your Dharma, your higher self.

Saturn Return is the time the chickens come home to roost so to speak, in a good way or a bad way. Saturn Returns challenge us to get past old limitations, rules, responsibilities, unfulfilling behaviors, and particularly unconscious living through fear. It’s your chance at your free will. It doesn’t HAPPEN to you, it more like you work it, or it works you. As Jung said, when you aren’t conscious about things, it can seem like “fate.”

Saturn Return is a hard time for individuals who have lived out of fear and immaturity, been irresponsible or are not mindful. If that’s the case, it can be so sorrowful and hard, the person does not live through it.

Getting a Saturn Reading in advance can help you round this corner, just as readings all along the way can help you see better what’s going on. A Spiritual Path or Higher Calling Reading can help you clarify what your purpose is &ndash what you are here to do. The more you are in alignment on these two fronts &ndash knowing your purpose, and then living it purposefully, the better your life is going to feel to you.

Here are a couple more example of Saturn Returns.

At his second Saturn Return, Richard Nixon, a Quaker, had achieved the withdrawal of the U. S. troops from Vietnam.

At her first Saturn Return, Marie Antoinette’s fate was sealed with the French people. The Diamond Necklace Affair occurred at this time. Most historians agreed it set the stage for her eventual beheading and that she was barely implicated, if at all. Marie Antoinette never did learn how to manage her own PR, to project herself correctly to the public, and she never reached her second Saturn Return. (If you saw the recent movie, it was played as if she were in a dream …)

A man with a steady course in life, living his purpose, Karol Wojtyla became Pope John Paul II at the time of his second Saturn Return.

Peter the Great’s mission was to modernize Russia. To do this, he needed to get the church under his control. At his first Saturn Return he gained control of the church and its property and made the church a department of the state, subordinate to his will. Peter the Great did not live for his second Saturn Return.

Michael Vick is lurching toward an extremely difficult first Saturn Return. Who knows where he will be two years from now.

Got a Saturn Return coming up? Learn more about it, get a reading, prepare, find out what your chart says about your Spiritual Path. It’s another chance!

With the pressures of climbing the corporate ladder and just keeping up with the Jones’s, there are many things that are pushing us in life to succeed and achieve greater goals year on year. While really wanting to succeed and attain our goals we can stumble on some obstacles that may be barriers that keep up from making a success in life and reaching our goals. One example of this is a fear of public speaking; also known as public speaking anxiety. In a recent survey this phobia was put at number one as being the most severe fear that you could suffer from. Just to show you how bad it can be, the fear of death on the same survey came it at number seven!

As a ‘recovered’ sufferer of public speaking anxiety myself, I can empathize with people that are sufferers at the moment. The phobia itself is ‘all in the mind’ however it really does have a physical part to play too, allowing us to sweat, shake and get palpitations &ndash sometimes even just thinking about it! I even remember reading a case history once of a young man in his twenties suffering a heart attack due to the stress and pressure that he was under with his public speaking anxiety. It really can cause a massive effect on the person that it is hounding.

Most sufferers will unfortunately just come to terms with it and allow it to limit them in future life choices such as getting a promotion at work or just giving an after dinner or best mans speech. If you do suffer from this condition you can think back now on just how many opportunities that you have missed out on due to this irrational fear. Some of you may have just tried facing it, only to make the phobia stronger after a failed attempt! Wherever you are at the moment &ndash with the correct approach you can get the success that you both desire and deserve.

I help all of my clients that come to me for help with public speaking anxiety with hypnosis and self hypnosis. In fact in my clinic and with my downloads and my book I have helped thousands to overcome this fear with great success. Simply put &ndash hypnosis reprograms the part of the brain that houses all of the behaviours and beliefs that make this phobia. This part of the brain is called the sub-conscious mind. Hypnosis works on every aspect of the phobia giving the client the results that they want and need.
